The Santander Travel reward is a £200 voucher towards a hotel booking of your choice. Customers who have transferred a non-Santander ISA with a balance of at least £25,000 to a newly opened or upgraded Santander Fixed Rate ISA within the promotional period will be eligible to receive this reward.

Customers who successfully transfer at least £50,000.00 and over will be eligible to claim two (2) £200 hotel vouchers. The second £200 hotel voucher will be issued to eligible customers within seven (7) working days of the successful validation of their claim. 

Only customers who are 18+, reside in the UK, and have received an invitation email from Santander with instructions on how to claim their reward will be eligible to participate. Santander will check your account 14 days after your ISA transfers are complete. If you qualify, they’ll email you a unique registration code within an additional 14 days of checking your account. You must register on the TLC website within 60 days from the date of receipt of your email from Santander. You’ll need to give your full name and title, current email address and your unique registration code when registering. If your claim is approved, within 3 working days of registration, you’ll receive an email from TLC to the email address you provided at registration, with details of how to redeem your code on a hotel booking.

You will have 60 days from the date you receive your email from Santander to register your claim and choose your reward, after which point it will expire and no longer be available. Once you have registered your claim you will receive the relevant voucher and instructions on how to redeem it. Once claimed, your voucher will be valid for 6 months. But you can use your voucher to make bookings for a hotel stay until 31 December 2027.

When you have clicked ‘claim’ for the £200 travel reward, you will receive an email containing a username and PIN, alongside instructions on how to use it:

1. Go to URL provided and enter your unique Username and PIN.
2. Use the search functions to find your hotel stay options.
3. Browse the listed hotels; once you have selected a hotel and room, £200 will be automatically deducted from the total amount payable during the booking process.
4. Input your full name, email address, contact number, full postal address, and payment details (unless the total balance is £200 or less, in which case no additional payment is required). Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided. Please note: any remaining unused credit cannot be transferred or used on a separate booking.
